1. Age Restriction

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country/region—whichever is higher—to download, access, or use the Dream AI Companion app.
• By proceeding, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the app.

2. Fictional Content & AI-Generated Characters

• All characters, dialogue, imagery, and scenarios in Dream AI Companion are entirely generated by artificial-intelligence systems and are purely fictional.
• The personas are not intended to depict, represent, or impersonate any real individual—living or deceased.
• Any resemblance to actual persons, events, or places is coincidental and unintentional.

3. Purpose of the App

• Dream AI Companion is designed to provide engaging, interactive entertainment for adults.
• The app does not offer professional, medical, legal, psychological, or relationship advice. Any information provided by AI personas is for entertainment only and should not be relied upon in real-life decision-making.

4. No Human Consciousness or Identity

• The AI personas do not possess consciousness, self-awareness, or personal identities. Interactions with them are simulated and should never be confused with communications with real people.

5. User Responsibility & Conduct

• You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or triggering.
• You agree to use the app responsibly, exercise personal discretion, and cease use if you experience discomfort or distress.
• You will not share, solicit, or upload any illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content, including but not limited to content involving minors.
• You will not attempt to hack, "jailbreak," or manipulate the AI systems.

6. Privacy & Data

• Do not share confidential, personally identifying, or sensitive information in your conversations. While we implement reasonable security measures, no digital platform can guarantee absolute privacy.
• By using the app, you consent to our collection and processing of interaction data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we store, use, and, where applicable, anonymize or delete your data.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Apple App Store: Manage subscriptions and refunds through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
• Google Play Store: Manage subscriptions through your Google Play account. We do not provide refunds for Google Play purchases. All sales are final.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

8. Intellectual Property

• All AI models, technology, designs, and content in Dream AI Companion are our property and protected by law.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the app without permission.

9. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
• Upon termination, your access will end immediately and we may delete your data per our retention policy.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

• Your use of the app is at your own risk. Dream AI Companion and its owners, developers, and affiliates are not liable for any emotional, psychological, reputational, or other harm—direct or indirect—that may result from your interactions with AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

11. Jurisdiction & Compliance

• These terms are intended to comply with international consumer-protection, age-verification, and online-content regulations.
• Where local laws impose stricter requirements (e.g., higher age thresholds, content prohibitions), those local laws prevail and you are responsible for ensuring your compliance.
